Summary: Works with Facilities Manager to maintain the premises of the shopping centers facilities, parking lots, landscape, and common areas in a professionally clean, neat, and orderly condition. Position is required to perform the following duties as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform housekeeping services as required, including sweeping, mopping spills, dusting, carpet cleaning, vacuuming, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning, hard surface floor cleaning and trash removal. Ability to operate all housekeeping equipment.
  • Cleaning of parking lots and driveways as required. (collecting of trash, sweeping, empty trash receptacles and transporting to waste disposal areas.)
  • Assist in snow removal as needed, using shovels, blowers, and vehicle equipment.
  • Cleans vacant spaces and other areas as required. (cleaning of restrooms, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, windows, sills, etc.)
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. (Position requires rotation of on call, for repairs and special events)
  • Ability to work with heights and mechanical lifting equipment.
  • Perform any additional services and duties as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, with one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
